The 35mm clear objective lens collects more heat radiation. The default thermal field of view measures 7.5 by 5.7 degrees and a 4x Digital Zoom to magnify every part of the image.

Behind the lens is the Vanadium Oxide microbolometer (uncooled, 12 micrometers) for higher resolution and 384 x 288 pixels that refreshes the image at 50 Hz. The NETD is <40 mK and works within the infrared wavelengths of 8 µm – 14 µm. In addition, it has several levels of resolution and contrast that are easy to control so as not to lose any detail in any environment.
