The EQ5 Steel Tripod Mount features a German equatorial mount design that provides the precision and stability needed for serious observing. Standard features of the EQ5 include a built-in polar scope mount, a micrometer-scale latitude adjuster, an azimuth polar alignment adjuster, aluminum adjustment circles, large slow motion tracking controls, a bubble level, 71-123cm tripod and accessory tray.

Includes housing to adapt 2-axis motors or GoTo Kit, to convert the mount into the perfect instrument for deep sky astrophotography, as well as a hole to adapt polar alignment reticle (optional accessories).
