Description

The heavier EQ2 mount rests firmly on an aluminum tripod for enhanced single-axis (R.A.) tracking powered by 4 “D” batteries (not included). Includes hand controller to activate the speeds without touching the Telescope, very useful for long exposure astrophotography.

A set of batteries will allow several nights of observation. Includes 2x and 8x tracking speeds (2x and 4x for the EQ1 model) available via the hand controller.

Compatible for EQ2 Sky-watcher and Orion mounts, as well as Celestron’s CG-3 mount (Astro Master 130)
